Gem 3: Testing, Training and Developing your People
Gem 4: Measuring the Effectiveness of Performance
Gem 3 will provide your staff with a clear understating of jobs and job skills that can be effectively measured, the benefits to be gained by testing and training current employees, means of anticipating and handling potential problems and the techniques for identifying how best to design training programs and how to relate training to business performance.
Gem 4 will introduce the concept Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and enable participants to fully understand what should be included and how to implement a KPI measurement system as well as implement a professional performance appraisal methodology.
This workshop will take place on the 5th – 7th of July, 2010 from 9:00am until 5:00pm, at ICTN’s offices located on Mecca Street, Al Husseini Commercial Center, 1st floor, office 102.
Fees: (Including a Certificate of Completion, manuals, handouts, lunch and coffee breaks).
For each Gem is 400 JOD per participant (one day and a half) & 750 JOD if the registration is made for both gems (3 full days)
