With summer just around the corner, Emirates Palace is confident its enhanced leisure offerings will make it the ideal vacation destination of choice for guests during the summer holidays. The luxury resort aims to give holiday makers from all over the world, especially families a holistic and complete leisure experience – from land and water adventures to wellness and rejuvenation; from shopping and entertainment to dining treats.
This exciting new direction for Emirates Palace will be the main highlight for its participation at the forthcoming Arabian Travel Market, the region’s biggest travel and tourism exhibition happening on 1-4 May at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
“With a remarkable double digit occupancy growth in 2006, we have successfully established Emirates Palace as the ideal hotel for leisure guests from Europe and the Middle East. So we are now setting our sights on families, who are traditionally known to travel extensively during the summer season, by giving them a whole new range of leisure offers. There will be distinct opportunities for family activities, as well as those just for parents or for children. Either way, everyone will have a holiday they will not soon forget,” said Noel Massoud, General Manager, Emirates Palace.
Massoud is confident international tour operators and visitors will embrace the idea, and build family holiday packages around Emirates Palace’s amazing new facilities.
Emirates Palace recently unveiled its lavish new wellness centre, called the Anantara Spa. Eagerly anticipated, this haven for wellbeing and rejuvenation, designed with Moroccan and Oriental themes, was created to pamper guests with exclusive and luxurious spa treatments guaranteed to help guests achieve complete relaxation and wellness.
“The philosophy behind Anantara is based on the calming effect of naturally flowing waters. Here, spa enthusiasts can indulge in the world’s most exotic elixirs and oils, which when used in treatment, deliver radiance, healing and well-being,” explained Massoud, adding “With the complete leisure needs of our guests in mind, we are unveiling an exclusive and lavish facility where our guests can achieve complete relaxation and rejuvenation of mind and body.”
At the ATM, visitors can also learn more about Emirates Palace’s new Energy Zone, an innovative facility that goes beyond the wellness offers of traditional spas and gyms found in most other hotels. It is a state-of-the-art outdoor gym facility, which uses the latest high-tech equipment from France to recreates extreme sports workouts and revitalizes mind and body.
Emirates Palace also offers a variety of outdoor fun and recreation, including water-based leisure and sports activities on their 1.3 km stretch of private beach and in each of their two stunning swimming pool landscapes. The Kids Zone in the meantime features fun and learning in a brightly coloured environment for children.
This summer, all roads lead to Emirates Palace, for a complete leisure offering.
