ALBAWABA- In the midst of the ongoing conflict between Hamas and Israel, Iranian Foreign Minister Amir Abdollahian has revealed that Hamas leaders are willing to release non-military prisoners and hand them over to Tehran in exchange for civilian Palestinian detainees.
Furthermore, they are actively exploring diplomatic efforts in coordination with Qatar and Turkey.
The aim is to secure the release of these prisoners and potentially contribute to a de-escalation of tensions. In a related statement, Abdollahian warned that if the ongoing violence and what he referred to as "genocide in Gaza" continues, the consequences may not be confined to the immediate conflict zone, suggesting that the United States could also be affected.
These developments mark a potential shift in the dynamics of the ongoing crisis.
