Pushing forward with its hugely popular “Win a Home” campaign launched in April this year, the International Bank of Qatar (IBQ) today helped another lucky customer to purchase a home as the bank held its 2nd draw of the campaign at Salwa Road Branch.
Joseph Baliki was the second winner to be awarded a deposit on a home as part of IBQ’s drive to provide new and existing customers with unparalleled benefits and levels of service.
“I was very surprised to win the draw,” said Mr. Baliki. “I really appreciate what the bank is doing for its customers. They provide good loans and fast approvals, which is a real help. I’m very pleased that I joined IBQ.”
Commenting on the progress of the campaign since it was launched in April, IBQ CEO Michael Williams said: “This campaign, which is proving to be a great success and has already seen one very happy winner, is an important sign of our customer focus as a bank. The International Bank of My New Home" campaign, which runs until January 2008, offers customers joining IBQ and transferring their salary to the bank before this date, the exclusive chance to win property in Qatar's prestigious West Bay area.
This draw is the second of 3 chances to win a 20% down payment on new apartments . Other prizes of the campaign, which together make up a total prize fund of over QR 4 million, include home furnishings worth over QR 200,000, state-of-the-art home entertainment systems, and instant cash prizes. As part of the promotion, existing IBQ customers who refer any new, eligible customer will also receive instant cash payments and a chance to win the grand prize; the West Bay property.
