Iraq's oil and gas future in focus in Istanbul from Monday

Iraq's Deputy Minister of Industry and Minerals, Mohammad Abdulaah Al Ani, will address the long awaited Iraq Future Energy 2010 in Istanbul which starts on Monday. The two-day meeting of top Iraqi government officials, IOCs and technical experts, takes place as global companies that have won contracts prepare to start the development of various fields.


Day one of the meeting will focus on upstream with high-level speakers including:

Day two will focus on downstream and the Iraqi Deputy Minister of Industry and Minerals, Mohammad Abdulaah Al Ani, will address the audience on the downstream fertilizer and petrochemical sector in Iraq, highlighting future activities and opportunities in these areas.
