Japan's Toyo Ink Invests $5min Israel Scitex Hldg Aprion

Toyo Ink (J.TIM), a Japanese developer and manufacturer of chemicals, materials and printing inks for industrial applications, has invested $5 million in Israel’s Scitex Corp. (SCIX) holding Aprion Digital, a developer of inkjet printing technology, Aprion said Sunday, quoted by a Dow Jones report.  

Scitex holds 11.3 percent of April, and a note convertible at no cost to shares that would increase its holding to 49.7 percent – Albawaba.com
