Libya, Tunisia and Mali are considering the establishment of a joint airline venture later this year.

Speaking to Malian and Tunisian investors, Tunisia's Minister of State for Trade, Mohamed Amor said that the project was at a very advanced stage, asserting that the move demonstrates a common will to give a new impetus to air transport cooperation among the three countries, according to a press report published by Allafrica.com.

The investors were attending the Tunisia Trade Days that opened last Monday in Bamako the Malian capital.

The capital of the joint airline will be shared between the three countries, the report said – Albawaba.com
