mindware invests in state of the art warehouse in jebel ali

mindware, a leading it distributor in the middle east, announced that it has finalised plans to relocate to its state-of-the-art warehouse facility from dubai cargo village to jebel ali by the 6th of july 2008. the move is in line with the company’s expansion strategy and aims to leverage the excellent logistics capabilities and high-tech communications infrastructure within the jebel ali free zone (jafza), which has emerged as one of the main drivers of the uae’s economic growth. top mindware officials further revealed that the rapid rise of business has required them to seek bigger space and a location that is closer to its clients to sustain its growth.

with a primary focus on strengthening its enterprise portfolio while attracting more clients, mindware identified the outstanding opportunities the shift to jafza will bring to its business. as a part of economic zones world (ezw), one of the biggest developers of economic zones, logistics and r&d-driven industrial parks, jafza enjoys a strategic location next to jebel ali port and a 30-minute drive from the dubai international airport. in addition, new developments at jafza, including a new six-lane highway that will help minimise processing time for goods, are designed to make the free zone one of the world’s most efficient sea-air hubs and attract more foreign direct investment (fdi) to the country.
