NAMA Chemicals Awards its Long Serving Employees

NAMA Chemicals (listed in SFM under code 2210), one of the leading chemicals producers in the region, awarded 38 of its employees who spent 10 to 15 years on service with the company, during the Board of Directors meeting that was held in Al-Jubail Industrial City last week.
NAMA and its subsidiaries, Al-Jubail Chemical Industries "JANA", the Arabian Alkali Company "Soda", NAMA for Industrial Investment, and Nama Europe employs   385 direct employees from 14 different nationalities making it a true multicultural company Saudi Nationals represent 52%.
During the meeting, Saud A. Al-Gosaibi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, along with the members of the Board, awarded the recognized employees with appreciation certificates and awards to express the company's gratitude for their dedication, hard work and their continues loyalty to the company over the past years.
Abdolmohsen Al Ogaili, CEO of NAMA Chemicals, thanked the awarded employees for their hard work and great achievements throughout their long years of service, he added that some of the recognized employees have been working with the company since the beginning of the first project 15 years ago, which is a testimony to our supportive, learning work environment
Al Ogaili also emphasized on the importance of the company’s AMAN program which celebrates the employees' diversity   and promotes integration by adapting a listening and learning work concepts.
