Prime Minister Bejamin Netanyahu criticized the international community on Sunday for not calling out the extremist groups behind a recent uptick in rocket fire from the Gaza Strip.

During his opening remarks at the weekly Cabinet meeting in Jerusalem, the prime minister said Israel held Hamas responsible for every rocket fired into Israel. "I have not heard a single international figure condemn the violence," he said, "not even at the United Nations."

The hypocrisy spreading across the world will not tie our hands, Netanyahu said, "we will continue, as we have done so before, to protect the citizens of Israel."
