Russian President Vladimir Putin warned again on Saturday that Moscow would take measures to strengthen its nuclear capability if the United States scraps the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty (ABM).
"If the ABM were to cease to exist, that means that all countries, including Russia, will have the right to install on their missiles several warheads and not just one warhead," Putin said during a joint conference with Austrian President Thomas Klestil – MOSCOW (AFP)
