Preparations for a charity Ramadan Day are underway in Duabi.
The event, which is organized by Rashid Paediatric Therapy Center under the patronage of Sheikha Manal, daughter of Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, will be held in Al Boom Village on November 28.
According to Khaleej Times, the proceeds of the day will go to people with special needs.
The program includes Iftaar, a special draw on 10 tickets for winners to perform umrah ,or minor pilgrimage to Mecca, and a lecture by Mulsim scholar Ahmad Al Kubaisi on the importance of the holy month of Ramadan.
The center is organizing the program in collaboration with the "Youth Group" which consists of students from different colleges and universities. Entry will be restricted to students and the ticket is priced at Dh50, said the Dubai-based paper – Albawaba.com
