Tamleek Real Estate and Development Announces New Projects at PROPERTY LINK 2007

As part of its participation in the PROPERTY LINK 2007 Expo, Tamleek Real Estate and Development launched several new projects that will be constructed across the kingdom.

During the Expo’s proceedings, representatives of the firm announced that the projects and services previously launched by Tamleek have been met with great enthusiasm from local and regional real-estate investors alike. Tamleek has recently launched Deyar Al Baraka land development project, and the Rabieh Towers commercial project, in addition to the Jabal Amman Residential project all of which have been received with high demand.

Tamleek’s management, which were present at their exhibition area at Property Link expo announced that the firm is firmly on course to launch a number of new development projects. The projects include the Abdoun Residence in the exclusive West Amman area, Tamleek Towers which are located in the business district near the Haramain intersection. Furthermore, the announcement also featured the launch of new land development project in Mahes, namely, Telal Mahes (OR Mahes Hills).

Commenting on Tamleek’s future plans Mr. Muayad Al Dabbas, Vice Chairman and CEO of Tamleek Real Estate and Development said, “We pride ourselves in being an entity that makes it a priority to launch real-estate and land development projects that respond to the diversified needs of our clients. Speaking in greater detail about Tamleek’s new Real Estate projects Mr. Dabbas added “Our Abdoun Residence project provides flat sizes that are more moderate than those offered the Jabal Amman residence. They have been designed to cater perfectly to tenants whose requirements are met with high-quality and superbly-designed apartments that are approximately 170 square meters in area. On the other hand, our new Tamleek Towers are constituted of commercial business offices that are more compact than our previously launched Rabieh Towers.”.

Throughout the three-day Expo, representatives from Tamleek Real Estate Investment and Development were available at all times at the firm’s booth to receive and respond to the visitors’ enquiries, and to present to them the different services and opportunities that Tamleek is providing. Investors and visitors were eager to conclude and sign agreements with the firm, especially those interested in Tamleek’s unique real-estate investment tool; Sanadak.

From his end, Mr. Ashraf Alsadoun, Head of Tamleek Development Sales added that the event was met with great success and that he attributed Tamleek’s notable presence in the Property Link Expo to the multi leveled promotional strategy that it had been adopting over the years.
