Syrian rebels fired rockets on the coastal government stronghold of Latakia on Monday, killing three people in the second lethal rocket attack on the city in four days, Reuters reported.
Another 20 people were injured in the explosions after rebel fighters fired rockets on the city from northern Latakia province, state media reported.
Last week, two people were killed in rare rocket attacks on Latakia, which is generally spared the ongoing violence seen in other parts of the country.
