ALBAWABA - As the conflict between Israel and Hamas shows no signs of abating, Israel has continued to hint at a potential ground operation in the Gaza Strip.

Reports from sources with knowledge of the situation have suggested that the U.S. government is applying pressure on Israel to postpone any ground operation in Gaza.

The alleged purpose of this pressure is to secure the release of more hostages and facilitate the delivery of essential humanitarian aid to the beleaguered Gaza Strip.

These reports indicate that the U.S. administration, citing progress in resolving hostage-related issues, is actively encouraging Israel to hold off on a ground operation in Gaza. The urgency of sending humanitarian aid convoys to Gaza is underscored. The situation remains in a state of flux, with ongoing diplomatic efforts aimed at addressing these latest developments.
