Yemen's Foreign Minister Dr. Abu Bakr al-Qerbi arrived in Tripoli on Tuesday to take part in the Libyan celebrations of the 35th anniversary of the Libyan Revolution.
Upon his arrival, Dr. al-Qerbi told reporters that he would convey the good wishes of President Ali Abdullah Saleh to Libyan leader Col. Muammar al-Qadhafi.
