ALBAWABA - Outage in Morocco after the news of a teenage disabled girl being mass raped by three men leading to her pregnancy.
A wave of anger dominated Moroccan society after a 13-year-old disabled girl, recognized as W. B., was horrifically raped by three men and gave birth recently to her child.
Human rights organizations in the country recently renewed their condemnation, calling for tougher penalties after the 13-year-old girl gave birth on Jan. 10 to a child conceived through the assaults, delivered via Caesarean section.
The Moroccan Organization for the Rights of Women with Disabilities said in a statement: "This crime highlights the precarious situation faced by women and girls with disabilities in Morocco."
According to some local media, the disabled child was mass raped by three men whose ages range between 65 and 76.
Man took to social media to denounce the horrific crime and called for the top punishment for perpetrators who raped the Moroccan child.
The child's father detailed that the rapists threatened and terrorized the victim to stay silent and they warned her to harm her dad as they used her illness.
Saeed Al-Fadhli, head of the Moroccan Association for Human Rights branch in Attawia-Tamlalt, said in a statement to Al-Hurra that a DNA test is scheduled to be conducted to determine the biological father of the baby.
