ALBAWABA - The British police are looking into claims that London's Stansted Airport have been used to allow the trafficking of women linked to American sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
An Essex Police spokesperson announced in a statement that the police are "assessing" claims regarding private flights flown into and out of London's Stansted Airport related to Epstein.
The claims were amid millions of documents shared by the U.S. Department of Justice late January that are related to the late American financier Jeffrey Epstein, who was said to had commited suicide in his jail cell while on trial for leading a sex trafficking ring of minors.

According to documents, Epstein's victims were trafficked to the U.K. via London's Stansted Airport. Former U.K. Prime Minister Gordon Brown revealed the emails released in the Epstein files showed a paper trail of visas, payments and transport records which demonstrate that women and girls were trafficked globally.
Former politician also added that the files revealed that several British girls were aboard flights made from Epstein's private jet, dubbed the "Lolita Express," from U.K. airports.
"Among the many aspects that should sicken anyone looking at the emails is that 15 of these flights were given the go-ahead after his 2008 conviction for soliciting sex from a minor. How the flights were allowed to continue should have been fully investigated," he continued.
