ALBAWABA - A video has resurfaced on social media showing residents of Tripoli city in Lebanon removing photos and pictures of Hezbollah members attacking cars that are coming from the south.
Since Sept. 23, Israel has asked people who live in southern Lebanon to move out to carry airstrikes targeting Hezbollah sites. Thousands fled the south towards Beirut while some left the country for Syria.
However, people who left the south to a safer place, but had Hezbollah members' pictures placed on their cars were received with anger by residents in Tripoli.
A clip was widely posted online of a Lebanese man lashing out at a person with a Hezbollah member's photo on the back of his car. He was heard saying: "Remove it, remove it. We won't harm men or women."
The man continued: "If you want to add photos of Hassan Nasrallah --Leader of Hezbollah-- keep them at your place, or why didn't you stay with him in Dahieh (Beirut's suburb)."
