Arab Idol season three will soon be the on the air, but as expected with Ahlam on board, filming has not been smooth sailing.
It appears that Wael Kfoury is not only taking over Ragheb Alama's abdicated spot on the judging panel, he's also now in the same hotseat from Ahlam.
Sources from the hit talent show have revealed that tension is rising between judges Ahlam and the newly added Lebanese superstar. The disputes are said to have erupted on camera as a result of Ahlam acting as if she is the head of the judging committee, which is the same drama that went down between Ahlam and Ragheb.
According to Sayidaty.net, the source added that Ahlam's insistency of being in charge led her to scream and create chaos backstage, much to the anger of Wael. He also began yelling inside his dressing room, opposing her actions and constant loud tone when speaking to others.
While Ragheb and Ahlam were clearIy never best friends - there were more than a couple of hot clashes between the two - Ragheb generally seemed to be the one to smooth out the tension with his cool, calm, and collected approach.
Wael, on the contrare, appears to have more of a temper. He certainly has no qualms speaking his mind or talking back when he gets cornered.
Ahlam will surely have to simmer down a notch or twenty if she doesn't want the relationship with Wael, whom she had originally welcomed so warmly, to take a sharp turn for the worse.
