Third typhoon is likely to storm battered Philippines causing severe floods in Manila on Thursday. Many people were left stuck on rooftops.
Authorities revealed that winds came along with typhoon Vamco measured at 155 kilometres (96 miles) per hour sweeping across the country's largest island of Luzon.
Moreover, the Philippines government has also warned of landslides and potentially deadly storm surges along the coast.
"The magnitude of what we're experiencing now is comparable to Ondoy," Marikina City Mayor Marcelino Teodoro told CNN Philippines.
