Man Utd's Varane considering Serie A move

French defender Raphael Varane has identified Serie A as a potential destination once his deal at Manchester United expires in 2024.

The 2018 World Cup winner is falling down the pecking order at Old Trafford under Erik ten Hag.

He only started four of United's 12 matches in the Premier League this season. 

Varane is weighing his options and would prefer to remain in Europe rahter that make the move to Saudi Arabia.

The defender may push for leaving Manchester United in the January transfer market as per The Sun.

The former Real Madrid star has been linked with Bayern Munich, but appears to be eyeing a switch to Italy.
