Thanksgiving’s Cooking Class at Ramses Hilton
On the occasion of Thanksgiving’s Day, Chef Dimitrios, Ramses Hilton Executive Chef held recently a culinary demonstration session which took place at “OPIA “Lounge & Bar.
Chef Dimitrios was happy to share his passion with a selected group of ladies who were shown during the session how to prepare and cook a complete Thanksgiving menu starting with Quinoa Salad with vegetable and shrimps as a starter then roasted Turkey with stuffing as a main course ended by a Pecan pie with caramel and vanilla ice cream
A gastronomic lunch took place at “OPIA” Lounge & Bar on the 36 floor overlooking the Nile River followed the demonstration where all ladies enjoyed the delicious plates as well as the panoramic view of the Nile River.
