UAE actress and stylist Dana Hamdan is journeying into her first television drama with the new television drama “Al Araf” (The Godfather) starring Egyptian 'King of Comedy', Adel Imam. The drama is scheduled to be aired during the Ramadan season of 2013.
According to the Middle East News Portal, Dana has already begun filming her scenes for the drama at the indoor studios of the Egyptian Media Production City. Dana is scheduled to film her outdoor scenes in several Egyptian cities in the coming days.
“Al Araf” is written by Yousif Al Maati, produced by Tamer Mursi and directed by Rami Imam. It stars Adel Imam, renowned Egyptian actor Hussein Fahmi, Talat Zakaria, Shireen, Nihal Anbar, Mohammad Al Shaqanqiri, Ahmad Falkous and Zaki Fatin Abdel Wahab.
In other news for the actress, Dana will also star in a new Saudi drama that is scheduled to be aired during the Ramadan season.
